Due to the nature of scientific materials and testing processes, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

• Testing kits
• Consumables
• Digital reports or analysis
• Service fees

Once an order is placed, it is final.

2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacements may be issued only if items arrive:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Missing components

Replacements are evaluated case-by-case and only if the issue is attributable to OberonBio.

3. Reporting a Problem

You must contact us within 7 days and provide:

• Description of the issue
• Photos or documentation
• Order number
• Contact email

Submit issues to info@oberonbio.com.

4. Conditions for Replacement

We do not replace items if:

• Damage occurred due to customer mishandling
• Kits were exposed to extreme temperatures
• Kits were opened, altered, or used
• Shipping delays are outside our control
• Results did not meet expectations
• Kits were improperly stored

5. Shipping of Replacements

If approved, replacements ship at no cost.

Delivery times depend on location and inventory availability.
